Last year saw the launch of the first ever Youth Employment Convention, a two-day conference on youth unemployment organised by the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion (CESI) in conjunction with a number of partner organisations. We were in attendance at that initial Convention and played an active role in it.
We are therefore delighted to announce that our Director, Andrew, will be speaking in a major panel discussion on youth unemployment at the second Youth Employment Convention, which is being held on 13 and 14 May 2014.
Andrew will be speaking on the second day of the Convention, alongside a number of experts on youth unemployment, on the following subject: “Election 2015: What youth employment and skills challenges will the next government have to tackle?”
The final programme for the Convention can be viewed here.
